Tell us more about yourself:
Played for almost all the top rugby teams in school. I have also won the gold medal at the World Championships in a Tug of War competition held in Sweden in 2008 as well as a silver medal in England in 2007.
I compose and write my own music and play the guitar. I have a big heart for nature and enjoy hiking and swimming. Socialising on a daily basis is a must for me and one of my biggest hobbies. People fascinate me.
Future Plans in the Fitness Industry:
Education. It is our duty as trainers and all that have found success in changing their bodies to pay it forward and help those who are in need of assistance.
Creating a bigger name and brand for myself to inspire others to grow mentally and better themselves physically through training and personal growth.
To convey the message that loving your body is the first step to any real change.
Why do you think you’ll make a good NPL ambassador?
I am young, vibrant and hungry for success and have a passion and deep respect for fitness. I work hard every day to be open to any person in need of assistance and change. I choose to be an ambassador for NPL, because I believe that the brand is making a phenomenal change in the industry with their quality range of superior products and services.
I am also a proud user of NPL products and market the brand to my clients. With my client base growing and with NPL supporting me, together we can create a legacy!
