Tell us more about yourself:
I have played for the Valke Rugby Club and also competed in the Free State Athletics Team (100m, 200m and 4x100m relay).
I love lifting weights and do it 6 days a week. I also enjoy watching sports, listening to music and helping people.
Future Plans in the Fitness Industry:
I have been training with weights and keeping fit and my dream is to actually compete in the IFBB. I have been preparing myself to step on stage and believe 2018 will be the year I will make my debut in the competitive arena.
Why do you think you’ll make a good NPL ambassador?
#yellowarmy has been an instrumental part of my development – from sprint sessions in high school to cardio workouts and high-intensity exercises at the gym. I will make a good ambassador for NPL because I don’t believe in magic – I believe in hard work. Fitness is my life and I would like to spread the message among youngsters to become healthy and choose fitness over partying and drinking. I could have stepped into that trap but I stayed away from drugs and alcohol and the “fast life”. NPL is the ideal platform to set an example and help young people become better versions of themselves and change the world.
