- 2 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
- 1/3 cup milk (or unsweetened almond milk)
- ½ cup crushed ice
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 small banana
Add some extra flavour with: 1 tbs natural peanut butter or almond butter or 1 shot of chilled espresso
- Combine ingredients in a blender and mix on high speed.
- Decant contents into two cups or a bowl and place into freezer until firm (around 45 min).
